Don & Patsy Morton Canada Don and Patsy Morton have been missionaries to  Canada since October 1990. They started in Ontario, which is in western Canada, helping out two small churches for a year while waiting to see where the Lord wanted them to minister permanently. In March of 1995 they went to Victoria, British Columbia to help a small group of people who couldn't afford a pastor and they are still there today.
