Dr. William Pennell Ukraine  Since it was founded in 1997, the vision of the Ukrainian Hope Mission  has been multi-fold: evangelizing small Ukrainian villages, planting Baptist Churches, training young national pastors and encouraging older, faithful Ukrainian pastors.
